I urge Governor Joe Manchin to join alongside the Governors of other states throughout our nation and proclaim April 25th as Parental Alienation Awareness Day. Alienating behaviors have damaging psychological effects on our children and families in West Virginia. Awareness is the first step towards education and prevention.
